The survey of vulnerable families from many areas nationwide showed that COVID-19 outbreak affects not only health, but it also affects life of people who are underprivileged in various aspects such as being discharged from employment, losing income or even lacking consumer goods especially for vulnerable populations such as children in young child home, young children in the community, elderly people, people with disabilities, daily labor and many more. They are riskier to infection because these families have worse health condition due to shortage and difficulty in social distancing.
To help those affected by the crisis of Covid-19 outbreak to continue living, cooperation between Taejai Change Fusion and various foundations closely working with these groups of vulnerable people is originated, and it leads to the project “Taejai Fund for vulnerable people to survive”. Taejai cooperates with local foundation organizations to collect information of need for help of community of the vulnerable groups and provide lifesaving set containing cloth masks and consumer goods such as rice, dried food, soap, detergent, money or other things as well as support of restoring occupation according to gathered information.
